I waited 2 weeks for 2 gold crowns and today my appt was to place 2 gold crowns..but I was told 1 was gold and the other was porcelain. I'm furious today being charge extra 300.00 for the front desk mistake. Dr Davison talked to the front desk when I got fitted and told the ladies I agreed for gold and gold. So now I not only had to pay additional 300.00 I also have to wait another 2 weeks. Very disappointed ☹️
Very bad, equipment not clean, it took an hour to get my films and I left with out my cleaning
Everyone was very nice and informative except with the girl with the fake blue contacts working the front desk. She was rude, snobby and acting like a bitch. She made me want to leave the dentist at that very moment, based just off my short experience with her.

2nd time i’ve had a very bad experience! I’m a out of pocket payee and boy have i paid for going to this place… do not go here please i know what i’m telling you! How do you improve? stop trying to sell or push off services to customers focus on patient satisfaction!
Made an appointment and waited for half an hour after my designated appointment time. Had to re-do x-rays various times. Overall waited over an hour before being seen by the doctor.
I’m very upset!!!!! I got a bill for $ 24.60 I applied for care credit my agreement was for $746.80 which I signed for I have the (receipt ) I’m very upset 😡 I’ve spent thousands of dollars in this place I don’t like to be charged someone else’s mistake I may have to reach out to Better Business Bureau !!! 🙄Two of my fillings came off + one of my tooth that he replaced is turning yellow I’m not happy @ all 😠👎🏻 0 stars!!!
The office dont open till 9 my appt was at 9....i dont know why appts are made right when you open nobody was ready in the office cyz only 1 employee was there it was freezing cold in there and i had to wait 25 minutes to get called to the back..could do a littlt better on scheduling a.m.appts in my opinion..
