Wonderful Printer I love this printer. I had a little trouble understanding how to operate it at first but after watching a video I found on YouTube, I learned how to use it. Once you know what to do, it's a piece of cake. It's GREAT and does a wonderful job printing on ribbon - perfect every time. I make gifts for fallen police officers and when I make wings, these ribbons add a beautiful touch.
Works Great! I used it for making wedding favors. It printed on to ribbon with no problems!
This is the label maker you want Look at all the options in this picture. This is better than I thought even. It’s economical and refill tape is widely available. I trust Brother brand. Honestly I was agonizing over reviews because you never know who is paid to mislead you. I finally took the plunge and got this one. Pros: does so much and didn’t cost a lot. Easy to operate It was easy to operate once I figured out how to properly inset the cartidge.

P-Touch Machine I don't have a P to touch, but we have our own machines for those kinds of needs. This one makes labels, I'm sure where the P-Touching comes in, but I don't even think this thing has fingers. Or at least one...you need at least one finger for a P-Touch.

Can't use out of the box- no power Works great. BUT comes without batteries or ac adaptor, eg unusable. Buy the appropriate ac adaptor from Amazon at the same time you order the Ptouch or stock up on AAA batteries (6).
