Good machine gets the job done.
Love the machine easy to use once you figure it out. The only disappointment is the cost of the ribbon.

All of Brother printer are exceptionally reliable and convenient in usage! And believe me I know what I am talking about - I got three multifunction laser printers one of them color. They are all very convenient in usage and extremely reliable!
Easy to operate
It was easy to operate once I figured out how to properly inset the cartidge.
Works and is economical.
We use this to label our food containers and it works great. Did not break the bank.

P-Touch Machine
I don't have a P to touch, but we have our own machines for those kinds of needs. This one makes labels, I'm sure where the P-Touching comes in, but I don't even think this thing has fingers. Or at least one...you need at least one finger for a P-Touch.

Can't use out of the box- no power
Works great.
BUT comes without batteries or ac adaptor, eg unusable.
Buy the appropriate ac adaptor from Amazon at the same time you order the Ptouch or stock up on AAA batteries (6).
