APFM found it for me! It was PERFECT for my friend who resided there! The warm staff, the beautiful structure, interior, & garden! The rates-very competitive! I would HIGHLY recommend PGSL for anyone looking for a retirement or assisted living facility- First Rate!!

The guide was professional and gracious. She took me through the facility with complete patience to my many questions. I also received a folder with detailed information of everything that she talked about. I’m still able bodied and will remain in my home until I see that I can no longer maintain the upkeep. Also, I am still looking into various other senior housing alternatives.

Beautiful facility, well located with friendly, knowledgeable staff. A great place for a senior in need of a supportive environment. A clean well appointed building located in Pacific Grove. A great place for walks and enjoying the beauty of the Monterey Peninsula. I was particularly impressed by the welcoming staff.

[name removed] stayed in one of their senior apartments. He had access to the main building which is lovely. There's a library with a piano and a "bistro bar" make your own coffee. They had frequent entertainment that [name removed] enjoyed. The senior residences are a bit on the rundown side, but worked well for [name removed]. Expense went really well. We got the lead from the place for mom. We visited the facility and we were able to make contact with one of the key contacts for customer service. Give us a tour show us the available apartment that my dad eventually rented. [name removed] proved to be an excellent contact answer all questions quickly. I really don't have anything negative to share. It was all perfect experience and easy. Also, the facility is very nice. What stood out most is the friendly staff and it's quiet and clean. I would absolutely recommend Pacific Grove to others who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

It is a very nice place to live - beautiful apartment! The staff and people who live here are very warm and friendly. The administrative staff are efficient and friendly. Activities here are its weak area. Few interesting activities offered and poor turnout. I love my apartment and have met very nice people and support staff but very disappointed with the lack of activities

We toured this amazing building with [name removed]. I couldn’t believe what a great facility- clean, inviting, staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable- I felt I was home. The apartments are thoughtfully laid out. The facility has the feel of an historic hotel but with nicely updated living units. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Residents are also friendly. They offer several types of living units. I’m in a two bedroom unit that accommodates me very well. Of course Pacific Grove is a very nice community with excellent climate.
