This facility has recently gone through a management change. When we moved in the beginning of September of this year, the administrative staff was in disarray and people were being fired or resigning. There was no orientation or welcome. We were very disappointed. However, in the three months we have been here, we have grown to appreciate our fellow residents and the workers who provide food, care and activities. They really are dog-friendly and have a very nice garden that dogs can run around in. The total dog count at the moment is 7, all of them small. The main problem is that the place has recently changed ownership and the new administration hasn't completely settled in yet. But they are very friendly and I think they are doing as well as they can.

It’s a great building undergoing many upgrades—a great location with friendly and happy staff and residents.Communication has been good. We picked this community, because it's an attractive apartment at a reasonable monthly rate. I want to be able to transition my Mother in Law to independent living when the time comes.

It is independent living so we cannot comment on care services, meals and dining and activities. Areas of improvement is that there are no ovens, microwave or venting in the small kitchens. No venting, tub in bathroom but otherwise we are happy. There is a vent in kitchen ceiling but no fan to move the odors out - we are just comparing this to an old apartment we had. Bathroom has no outside window along with no vent. A hood and power vent would be good in kitchen along with oven. We are using a toaster oven. In bathroom sho... read more
