Staff and dentists are always super friendly and gentle. Dr. Chung is the best dentist I've ever seen.
Dr. John Chung is such a wonderful dentist. He makes me feel so comfortable even when I am nervous. He is knowledgeable, easy to understand and gentle. He acts like he cares and always has time to talk to me and explain everything he is doing. The front desk was great and also the dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough.
The staff was professional and caring. I felt at ease the from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. I never got the sense of impending dread that normally occurs when visiting and doctor or dentist.
We needed 2 repairs within a 7 day period.
Staff was excellent/. Wait ye was longer the expected.
