Just the way it is supposed to be, great office, great people, of course you do not go to a dental office to have great time and I do not have either, but they operate and treat you in a way that you feel appreciated. Gentle, kind, honest.

Many thanks to Pacific View Dental and Dr Proussaefs. I had anxiety going to the dentist for many years, they do IV sedation plus everybody is so cool (other doctors and staff) that they calm you down and give you confidence. My experience at Pacific View Dental Group was great. I was scheduled for a root canal everyone beginning with the front desk were professional and caring. I have a pretty high anxiety response in any dental chair, and they were sensitive and responsive throughout the procedure.
Despite being at the dentist for a procedure (never pleasant for me); what stands out for me is the confidence that I have with the dentists and assistants. Christy is very reassuring, and my past experiences with the various dentists has always been good. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a clean, complete service dental practice.
I would give you 5 stars if you were on time...I know it is really rare for a dentist office to be on time but it would be appreciated if patients were seen within 10 min of arriving versus the 30 minutes that I waited...thanks...
