Overall we didn't find the facility terrible, but there was a lot of staff change and that affected the quality of care in assisted living and memory care. If it's the best you could afford it's ok. If you can afford better than go elsewhere.
[Name Removed] was great. Friendly and very informative. She provided a tour of the MC space and gave details on activities, practices and expectations. It’s an older facility, but very well kept. And I was informed there is some minor improvements coming along the way.

The tour was booked through A place for mom. It appeared we were not on the schedule when we arrived. It was taken care of and the tour was lovely. We toured several places on Friday and Bonita will not be on our list, unfortunately.

We would give a 3 on each with meals and friendliness of staff a 4. We don't think there is enough staff and they don't spend enough time when mom needs something done. They rush and make her feel bad about spending time such a showering. The pharmacy consistently runs out of medications. My mom will sometimes go a week or more without them. This is a huge problem!

What we like the most about Pacifica Senior Living is the personal care to all and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The staff very friendly, the lady in charge, not so much. With Hospice, my Mom was safe, no longer alone, and was in the best place we could find. They did a good job, especially when she was in her last days, and many bathroom accidents. They did not stick to the plan in her last days to be checked on every two hours. I would recommend them. Nothing is perfect, but I felt the staff made a big difference. Also, they were very good with revising invoices when there were questions of the level of care.
