I think the initial part was awesome - no doubt. I had two issues, I had requested to go thru with the process only if the market reaches a particular rate and competition was offering that or a better rate. I didn’t want to move to competition only coz of the comfort factor with Paige but was hoping the rate would be met. The real issue was at closing. There was no communication as to what needs to be done. No lawyer name or where to go - what to carry - what to fill out - Made multiple trips.
