When Paige was communicative with us, she was helpful, attentive, and a good problem solver. However, there were a few situations where I had zero communication with her for 2 weeks and then she resurfaced and gave us an unrealistic time frame on completing paperwork. Specifically, she sent a document re: our closing at 3:30 pm one day which she said needed to be read and signed by midnight that day.
