RecommendedCaring, genuine and wonderful veterinarian and staff. They have treated and saved the life of two of my dogs.
They will make you wait hours, charge your absurd amounts, and do nothing to help !!! Wasted three hours here when I could have been somewhere else that can actually help. If you love your pets, go somewhere else!!!!

RecommendedToday would be my second visit at this location. My first visit was perfect. My dog can be very wild and jumping on everything and everybody and they were very patient and understanding of that. She received her first set of shots on her visit. Today’s visit had me a little uneasy. When I initially paid for her shots the first visit, I was under the impression it was a one time thing to pay for shots. RecommendedFriendly and caring staff - great for routine care but BEWARE. Be sure you you know what services their facility can provide upfront. Ask questions. An exam, x-rays and outside consultation cost $750 only to be referred to another “emergency” facility out of town. There are other friendly and caring “full-service” facilities in Florence that can perform more involved procedures (if needed) at a much more reasonable price.

Where do I start? My chihuahua dachshund mix got mauled by an aggressive pit bull. The pit attacked him caused a lesion on his side. We took him to the Palmetto Animal Hospital in hopes we could make sure he was okay, because he was NOT himself. He was delirious & unresponsive. I walked in, telling the front desk I needed and exam and X-ray done considering he was so small, there was not telling what internal problems were ahead.
