If I could put 0 stars I would. My dog was misdiagnosed having "cracked legs" that would heal with splints only. Turns out my pup has to have surgery to correct the broken bones. "Dr" joked about bad driving (dog was hit by a car) He joked the whole time and make us very uncomfortable. Employees had VERY nasty attitudes on the day of getting the X-rays. Yelled at and threatened us.. for their multiple mistakes. My dog has been in splints and in pain for two days being mistreated because of these quacks. Still out $550 for X-... read more
How many times do you have to call this place before someone answers? I've called 6 times today and no one has answered!
They were kind and loving to my Nori before and during and after her surgery. I plan to kennel her with them in a few weeks for my vacation week. Very confident that my baby will be well taken care of and loved.
There are no words to describe how I feel about this place. I know I will never send anyone there. You took someone away from us due to your lack of knowledge. I found out from a guest from my hotel that they were so unhappy with your services because her furbaby was diabetic and you were out of what she needed. Your place is not inviting. No comfortable place to sit and wait. Lack of smiles as you enter. People travel to Florence and you are not prepared for these furbabies. I use this vet years ago they help us with one if our baby's cat she had cancer they all were nice now I got a new baby need to see if they Lloyd take care of him so I'll call baby needs shots soon he's 8 week old
