My visit to Dr. Stock's office today was for periodic maintenance with the office's hygienist Michelle. As I have come to expect from Michelle, the service was excellent. She explained the various parts of the treatment in a clear and friendly manner and pointed out how the current condition of my gums compared with the previous visit. I went to a different dentist 2 days ago, left there crying. My daughter in law said I'll call my dentist office, they are wonderful. She was so right ! They made me feel so welcome from very first and I can get my tooth fixed in one visit !! I dont have insurance and they are still going to take care of me ! Michele is friendly ,and thorough when she does my cleaning. She is always calm and diligent and I know shes' done a great job every time I see her. She came out to my car to get me because I am fearful of the virus and she made me feel protected! I will start by saying I have had 32years of bad dental hygiene and my teeth show it. I came in for help with pain and though it's obvious I havent taken care of my teeth I wasn't judged or belittled for it. I was treated kindly and giving an informed brief of my situation that didn't make me feel like I was being shamed.
