I had my biannual cleaning today and my dental hygienist (unfortunately I cant think of her name) but who has done my cleanings these past few years is simply amazing and the best I've ever had. I'm in my 60s so I've seen my share. My appointment was fine and I was taken care of quickly which I appreciate. However, I called earlier in the day to express that I wasn't feeling well and had a low fever and thought it best to reschedule. I was told that I would loose my $50 deposit. I appreciate the office's need to maintain a schedule but am concerned that you are willing to have someone come in to the office with a fever.
