They observed COVID19 protocols. The place was clean and meticulous kept. Greated by the front desk attendant who talked us through the process and showed us where to go. Masseuse was very good. Liked the steam room.
Michelle was my massage therapist and she gave me such a phenomenal deep tissue massage...one of the best I've ever had! The atmosphere was quiet, clean, and zen. I loved the array of loose leaf teas and the flavored water for us. Joey was my therapist for the clay wrap and was very professional and made me fall asleep. Very happy with the quality of products used for the treatments and wish we could have stayed longer! Overall very good experience here. Will be back again soon.
My Andaz Facial was truly amazing! It was my first facial in over 1 1/2 years. Terry was very professional, wonderful with assessing my skin, providing daily skin routine recommendations and products for my skin. I was very relaxed and absolutely LOVED my treatment. I can't wait to go back for my next one. Thank you!
One of the best massages I have ever received.
Danny (female therapist) was AWESOME! Best deep tissue massage I have had in YEARS!! Even helped work out my almost frozen left shoulder! Highly recommend Danny and the Spa itself. All of the bathroom amenities, relaxation area with snacks and beverages, hot tub and the outdoor lounge area are gorgeous and totally serene. Great place to chill!
Hit disatisfied by mistake
Very calm relaxing space! Several nice touches such as foot bath to begin and using a massage table that also converts into a facial type chair that raises your head and knees when face up. Our group of 3 had a wonderful experience.
Lillian gave a wonderful massage, she incorporated deep stretches in the areas I had requested she focus on that really helped to relieve the tension that I came in hoping to address. A very calming and peaceful way to relax into a new year.
