Good massage bit was disappointed that therapist asked what needed to be addressed and I said neck and shoulders were main priority. Was wondering why so much time was spent on my back and legs only to find out massage was over without anything (zero) done to neck and shoulders….very disappointing especially when I decided to just book another appt only to find out nothing was available for the rest of my time here.

Intimate size of the spa creates a quiet and secluded experience. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Clean, stylish facility with many amenities.
The staff was extremely kind and attentive. Joey was absolutely wonderful and addressed all my questions and gave me a custom experience. Amenities were lovely as well!
Sometimes, I'm a little hesitant that my massages at resorts may not compete with my hometown regular therapist, BUT! Danielle easily was in my top 5 massages of all time (and I go regularly to get massages). 10/10 recommend and almost wished I booked a second massage the next day!
The spa is great and the massage was great. Staff is lovely and very attentive. However it’s next to their event space so it gets loud over the weekend.

Calming, relaxing, ready to pamper and stocked full of amenities, the Palo Verde Apothecary & Spa at Andaz is just what you’ll need to find your peace, whether you’re a visitor or live down the street.
We were the first ones there and it was nice, clean and quiet…until we were in the waiting area and sipping tea when the staff decided to restock all of the dishes in that room. Very noisy and not great timing. The massage was great as was the steam and shower. Wished they had combs or hairbrushes. Shower was completely out of shower gel.
Great facial and time by the pool!
