The staff at the spa were super friendly and helpful, and overall the day was great! A few areas could have been better. Having a waiter to assist with drinks and food orders at the pool would have been very helpful. It did take too long to get a food and drink order, and then the young woman working at the spa wasn’t included in the automatic tip and delivery charges from the hotel restaurant. The service, facilities, and the people were all amazing
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ellen. She welcomed me and helped me get settled in this quaint and comfortable space. I enjoyed the pool and amenities. Crawford gave me an excellent, truly therapeutic massage.
the person who gave me my massage was probably one of the best I've had. I'm a frequent flyer at the Camelback Inn Spa and ad while I love that facility - this was a better massage than I've ever had there. She was wonderful - I'm sorry I cant recall her name.
Loved the place! Spa was a little hard to find but loved the experience. People were lovely, food bites were delicious and the atmosphere was AMAZING!

A much needed day away - and the Palo Verde Spa did not disappoint! An upscale environment with a welcoming and attentive staff. Dani must be ONE of the best masseuse ever!
Beautiful spa experience! Everyone from check in to the service providers were friendly and professional. The spa itself is stunning with a private pool area, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Highly recommended!
