Nice resort and had a great facial.
Friendly, helpful staff. Patty gave a cleansing, relaxing facial-amazing. Spa has large number of great amenities including great hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Clean, modern facility. Spa pool large and well-appointed.

My masseuse was nice. Semi-knowledgeable. It was certainly not deep tissue. The spa itself has some nice perks but feels cramped, not very relaxed. With very few people there, there was still someone at every turn. Felt limited and for the price I would attend any of the finer spa's in the immediate area. Not something I would do again.
Was there with two other people - we all had the juniper massage and it was amazing. Spent the day by the quiet and beautiful pool rest of day.
Spa was amazing. Got the 90 minute massage, which I figured would be whole body. It was good but she didn't massage my head or neck. I really enjoy that when I get my hair done so was hoping for it with a 90 minute message. I even told her I didn’t mind if she got oil in my hair. All the other amenities were great ! The staff was great too!
One of the best facials I’ve had. Polo Verde is a beautiful relaxing environment with lovely amenities.
