My massage was great. However, the steam room was not working and I travelled from out of town for the full spa experience so this was a dissatisfying.

I liked my masseuse, but the overall experience was disappointing. It was not a true spa atmosphere. The robes did not fit. I did not get the kind of service I paid for. I advise people looking for a relaxing experience to go to a different spa — there are many others nearby.

The spa is lovely as are those who work at the spa. I was able to move my manicure a bit later to accommodate our breakfast over at the Andaz restaurant. I was greeted warmly and taken back into the nail salon area quickly. The woman who did my manicure was very friendly. My husband treated me to a surprise stay at the Andaz for the weekend for my birthday. I mentioned this during the manicure so as I was leaving she offered me a complimentary glass of champagne. I took my staff to the spa this last week and the service and experience was below expectations. We all go there about 1 hr before the first massage. We said we wanted to order lunch which took the girl working about 15 mins to come outside with menus. We were all sitting out by the hot tub area. about 20-25 mins after we ordered. We were in the concrete courtyard and it was over 100 degrees outside. We were all very hot, uncomfortable and sweating from the extreme heat.
