My daughter and I had back to back Himalayan Salt Stone massages with Joey. She was great! The atmosphere was relaxing, spotless and overall wonder!
Fantastic pampering!! Great massage followed by some time in the steam room! Just what the doctor ordered! I will be back next time I am in Scottsdale.
Everything about Palo Verde was lovely, from the setting to the staff. We will definitely be back next time we stay at the Andaz!
Great first experience at a spa. Massage was terrific!
Dated spa that was also very dirty. The showers had missing parts so the water wasn't quite a spray but a hodgepodge. Dirty towels in the shower and in each of the bins from when I arrived at 930 until I left at 430. Stains from coffee or other drink on the counters where you were supposed to freshen up and more stains in the bottoms of the lockers where you are to keep your belongings. Horrible!!! Was told we would have food and beverage service at the pool. Was there for 3 hours no one ever came. Front desk inside spa was not staffed. Each time we wanted a drink we’d come in from pool and wait at least 5 min for spa staff. Had to knock on a staff door to find someone. We ordered drinks was told they’d be delivered to pool. Waited 30 minutes went back inside spa and they were sitting on desk with no one around. Massage was good. If looking for a spa day this isn’t the place.
The massage itself was great. The only problem was the therapist talked the whole time which took away from my relaxing. The massage was also expensive so to not be able to fully relax was disappointing.

My massage was great. However, the steam room was not working and I travelled from out of town for the full spa experience so this was a dissatisfying.
