As always, a very compassionate and caring team. Pam and her staff ensure that myself, and I'm sure each patient, get the highest quality of care. I am never rushed, nor are my teeth looked past. Pam always makes sure that there are no issues I may have, and if so, she addresses them immediately, or we set an alternative plan of care. A very high recommendation for Butterfield and Staff!!
My family is a dental family, my father, my uncles and my brother were all dentists. So I have been to quite a number of dental offices over my fast number of years. In my humble opinion, this is the BEST dental office I have every been to or seen.. Dr. Butterfield is a great dentist, very client minded and a wonderful person. On a scale of 1 to 5 this Dental Office is awesome! I'd give them a 10 if I could!! I have been a patient of Dr. Pam Butterfield for 15 years and have always found the entire staff to be caring and professional.
Ann is extremely rough. Interesting chair-side manner. Maybe she's "done this for 40 years," but she could use some training on how not to be so goddamn painful. She's no Melissa! After Ann was done with me, I took 4 Advil and couldn't eat all day. My appointment was at TEN!!

Can't remember the dental hygienist name that cleaned my teeth - she does the best cleaning! I want her every time I come in to get my teeth cleaned!! :)
I appreciate the understanding, flexibility and cooperation of the office staff when I requested that I be informed of the details and the cost of the treatments at my next scheduled appointment. Since I do not have the advantage of dental insurance, this agreement allows me to budget for future costs.
Dr. Butterfield and staff are all very professional. Their attention to your comfort is exceptional. They go the extra mile to make you feel like you belong on their skilled care.
Uses latest equipment that is of benefit to patient. Dental assistants are very knowledgeable.
