Staff was friendly, as usual. I was made comfortable. I like it that I'm told what is going to be next. I felt listened to. The hygienist is as gentle as possible and I actually enjoy the cleaning process
Had a very pleasant visit.
I didn't appreciate how I had the "dam" covering my mouth while getting my tooth filled & you walking away for about 5-10 minutes while your working on another client. Finish one client then move to another, it's not fun having that on your mouth and can barely breathe.
Efficient and very good with shots!
The only dentist I trust. Have been afraid of dentist since a horrible experience as a kid and Dr. Butterfield and her staff have changed my views on my visits to the dentist. The office dog Pipa makes it all a little easier too, she is such a love.
The staff is always very welcoming. Melissa was really friendly & I enjoyed visiting with her while she cleaned my teeth. Also, Dr. Butterfield has been really nice both times I've been in.
As always very professional. Very Patient with my 5 year old. I have recommended this office of ladies to everyone I know.
As always, very good customer service. That is very important to me.
I always have FUN, yes fun!! I'm a bit OCD about my teeth and this gang gets it. I even travel from West Seattle to Kent to see my DENTIST!!! So worth it! My visit yesterday turned out to have been the highlight of my week... (not sure what that says about my life...) But Pam is da bomb!
