From the front desk to Dr. Pam's assistant, I felt like people I knew before. None of them was a stranger. Then Dr. Pham came and right away I knew why the staff are so good. Right away I just liked her even without knowing why but later as we continued to talk I knew why. My last dentist Dr. Bruce had directed me to this Clinic when he moved from 104th street. I have been a patient since 1992. Dr. Butterfield and her are excellent to work with. Dr. Butterfield explains procedures in language that people can understand. I highly recommend her.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit to Dr. Pam. I called to make an appointment because of a dental concern and I was able to be seen very quickly. The entire staff was outstanding. The check in was easy and paperless. The exam was professional and attention and time were given when dealing with my dental issue. Great first visit to Dr. Butterfield's office. She took the time to explain things to me that no dentist had mentioned before, and was very clear about the rationale behind her recommendations. Friendly staff, gentle with my teeth, cute dog... what's not to love?
