Very relaxed and Kaitlyn shared with me about her vacations and adventures. She is a great addition to Dr Pam's team.
Always a good experience, just have been calling my hygenist by the wrong name for the last year. They all laughed and Kaitlyn was a good sport and said she knew i meant her when talking.
Always a good experience, even when the required dental work isn't fun or pleasant. The heated neck wrap is also a nice touch to help with keeping stress reactions low.
