Pamela was excellent throughout our entire refinance. She reached out when rates were low, but we procrastinated and didn’t get paperwork filled. Still Pamela kept working with us and watching rates until there was another dip. She was so helpful and ended up saving us a bunch of money over the long term. She also walked me through what all the fees and different rate types were.
Pamela was very very helpful through the whole process. She made sure we got the best rate available and that we didn't miss anything as far paperwork and deadlines etc. We are lucky to be working with her.
