I have a loved one in need of temporary assisted living for about a month. Contacted PVM for information and spoke with Josh who was very understanding and helpful. He quoted a price but told me I should contact Cecy Salomon in admissions for more information since he was mainly in the SNF side of the facility. I called her three days in a row and left three messages all of which were ignored. On the fourth day I called the manager, Arron, to try to get more information. See the findings for yourself - PARADISE VALLEY WAS FOUND RESPONSIBLE for not taking proper action to prevent my grandfather's injuries. They messed up from day 1 and now that he's gone all they can do is "train" their staff, pay a fine, and be on the equivalent of probation. Review the reports posted on 10/9/18 yourself. My father was here a couple months ago and since his discharge I now feel comfortable leaving a review based on my experience. First and foremost, when we first toured the building the lady told me they had private rooms available. The room they gave my father had 2 others beds in it but no one in there. The next couple days they admitted two other patients with my father.
