We've lived here for over 8 years and it just seems like it's gone downhill whether it's maintenance, appliance replacement, or lack of managers
I feel that from the time that I moved in until now things have gone downhill. Both as far as appliances and upkeep. Hopefully with a new manager the upkeep will change

The manager Ms Tameka is wonderful, beautiful townhomes
I would start with maintenance. A flooded apartment every summer that I cleaned up every day. A front porch that is a tripping hazard. No one returns your calls or emails. Dealing with drug transactions of the neighbors. Charging money when I gave plenty of notice that we were moving when I left the apartment the way I received it. Being told how to decorate and live in your own place. Having so many managers that nothing was ran the same way and tenants get punished because the landlord before didn't know how to do their j... read more
