I would start with maintenance. A flooded apartment every summer that I cleaned up every day. A front porch that is a tripping hazard. No one returns your calls or emails. Dealing with drug transactions of the neighbors. Charging money when I gave plenty of notice that we were moving when I left the apartment the way I received it. Being told how to decorate and live in your own place. It seems like although rent is increasing appliance replacement is the least expensive to be found In order to use the stove I received (I appreciate the white instead of the black in these dark apartments..whoever made that decision obviously never spent time inside the ones that only have one window downstairs) I have to purchase an oven thermometer a timer and figure out an aftermarket oven light. I appreciate that I don't have metal on my food but would like it to cook properly also. For someone who is just learning ... read more
