I would start with maintenance. A flooded apartment every summer that I cleaned up every day. A front porch that is a tripping hazard. No one returns your calls or emails. Dealing with drug transactions of the neighbors. Charging money when I gave plenty of notice that we were moving when I left the apartment the way I received it. It seems like although rent is increasing appliance replacement is the least expensive to be found In order to use the stove I received (I appreciate the white instead of the black in these dark apartments..whoever made that decision obviously never spent time inside the ones that only have one window downstairs) I have to purchase an oven thermometer a timer and figure out an aftermarket oven light. I appreciate that I don't have metal on my food but would like it to cook properly also. For someone who is just learning ... read more
