Park & Go is extremely convenient due to it's proximity to the airport and it's shuttle service. Twice I've reserved my space in advance via the Parking Spot App only to find that upon arrival, the scan feature wouldn't work. The Park & Go personnel were there to assist me, but I'm frustrated with the fact that the scan feature doesn't work. Not sure if this is a Park & Go issue or Parking Spot issue, but it needs to be resolved.
