We were out of the state for 2 weeks from 1/4 to 1/18/25. During that time, there was a winter storm and a number of other storms. When we returned home to the airport, our car was awaiting us completely clear of snow, running and warmed up—ready for a warm drive home. It was very much appreciated and the reason we use Park-N-Go whenever flying out of Dayton!

We were picked up promptly on a very cold afternoon which was especially appreciated returning from the balmy weather in Hawaii.

Your customer service was awesome. It excellent service when I arrive. They were ready to pick me up at my car to take me to the airport and when I arrive back in Ohio, I called and they were there to pick me up. The driver was so very nice fact the driver waited for me because I called him a little too early, but there was no complaints. He still took very good care of me. Thank you for your service and I will always use this service as I travel when.
