Best parking service in southwest Ohio...Dayton or Cincinnati. I find their rates to be competitive and their Detroit be prompt and courteous. I never park anywhere else. Great company!

Got stranded at the airport upon arriving. The flight was late and it was after the parking facility had closed but I was promised that I would be picked up. I called and texted the number but no one came. I had to get my daughter out of bed in the middle of the night to pick us up at the airport and take us to get the car. The on site airport parking shuttle came and went twice but no shuttle for the park n go lot. I will never use the park n go facility again.
As usual, great service and a great way to be welcomed home after a trip! Love what you provide!

You must have been busy at 11:30 pm at night because we waited over 20 minutes to be picked up. Never had to wait that long. Which really is not that long just unusual for your company. Other than that, terrific service. Picked up, assistance with placing bags in van and dropped off directly to my car, bags placed in my trunk for me. In hindsight the error was mine. I prepaid via the website for valet service ($12 per day) but ended up going into the self park lot. I guess I misunderstood what the license plate scan would do. At pick it was very confused and frustrating. In the end I paid twice what I would normally pay in the economy lot and saw no benefit from the difference

This is the second time I've used the valet and internal detailing service. The first time was amazing. This time, not so much. The detailing seemed rushed, leaving obvious stains, dirt and grime in creases that were made to shine the in previous experience. I have pictures if someone wants to see them.
