This company, and Brin West specifically, was so courteous and professional when I made a dumb mistake trying to reserve parking before a flight out of town. They saved me $$ and made me a fan for life. Please give them your business, they are good people.

Park n Go is an efficient service for the excited traveler going on vacation and also for the weary traveler upon return. Minimal waiting time for a shuttle either way and the drivers are friendly and helpful with bags. As a frequent solo traveler in Dayton's icy, snowy and cold winters, the valet service is splendid. My car is warm, cozy and right by the shuttle drop off. Thank you!

Best parking service in southwest Ohio...Dayton or Cincinnati. I find their rates to be competitive and their Detroit be prompt and courteous. I never park anywhere else. Great company!

Park n Go is a great option for airport parking. The number one benefit is the price but the care they take is also very important. After you park your car, you phone or text the shuttle driver who picks you up very promptly. If the driver is mid-run he will tell you when he'll be back, usually within 5 minutes. I like it because as a female traveler, the driver unloads and loads customer's luggage. He drops you right in front of the airport. Got stranded at the airport upon arriving. The flight was late and it was after the parking facility had closed but I was promised that I would be picked up. I called and texted the number but no one came. I had to get my daughter out of bed in the middle of the night to pick us up at the airport and take us to get the car. The on site airport parking shuttle came and went twice but no shuttle for the park n go lot. I will never use the park n go facility again.
