Excellent food, service and atmosphere at a fair price! Our new go-to date night restaurant. Note: when ordering the Thai basil chicken breast, you ONLY get the breast. Order a side of rice to go with it.

The staff here is fantastic. And the menu is diverse. And the space is nice. Everything else is kind of hit or miss. They are struggling to work out the kinks of service and being consistent. They get that right and I can see coming back. Otherwise I would rather spend my seventy dollars elsewhere. But they have a steady flow of a captive audience (apartments and hotel) so I cannot see them caring.

My family and I ate for lunch today. It was our first time in. We were greeted by two people at the hostess desk and were seated a couple minutes later. It wasn’t busy in the restaurant and there were some table that needed busing. We got seated and the hostess took our order for drinks. After a while we got our drinks and looked over the menu. There seemed to have only been three servers on the clock but it did take a while for ours to come to our table. He was very polite and took our orders. During our wait for our food we noticed a table on the other side of the restaurant trying to get a hold of a server to no avail. Finally a young lady walked by and helped with a different table and told the before mentioned table that it sounded like they were receiving some terrible service. I’m pretty sure this server was supposed to be servicing them but did not know about it. After a little bit a manager came to their table to discussed their dissatisfaction. The manager was able to turn the situation around and got a positive sense from the guests before they left. I was happy to see that kind of service come from the manager. Overall the food was great, burger patties were a little small. The service was decent. The atmosphere was nice. I think I’m a couple of weeks when they have a super experienced staff, they will be running on full cylinders. I look forward to visiting again in the future to see their progress. I’m not trying to be harsh. I am a GM of a restaurant and notice a lot more things when I eat out at places. Good luck Park Restaurant and Bar!
