Went for lunch today with a friend. What a lovely experience. Our server was friendly, attentive(but not hovering), knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel like we were his only table. I settled on the Patchwork Stack-pork loin and applewood bacon, carmelized onions, garlic aioli and Korean bbq sauce on French bread. OMG, it was amazing! Wouldn’t change a thing. Important to all those who love flatbread pizzas. The flatbreads are served on pita bread. It’s a thick crust. When I personally order a flatbread, I expect less bread, less carbs from that bread. I prefer a crispy thin crust for a flatbread. The toppings are great, but much room for improvement on the crust. I also had a wedge salad. I don’t mind using Romaine lettuce for wedges, but I prefer only romaine hearts to save the integrity of the crispy lettuce in a “wedge salad”.
