Decent The problem is not the new management, it's the organization that controls them. Check the reviews on search engines, social media and job sites. Once you dig through the fake 5 star reviews AFI posts for themselves, you'll see the real reviews and find out how they really treat clients, tenants and employees. Vietnam Vet I'm old and vet. Not too good with computer. New management not good. Rent is too high and went up again. I'm on limited budget and can't affrod to buy groceries now that rent gone up. New manger don't care. Can't pay rent in the office no more, have to figure out to do it on the computer or pay extra to pay it at a store or something. Either way I'm too old to figure out and got no money left over. Maintnace guys not too good at fixing, just good for being nosy and piling trash at the dumpsters.
Great place to live and a great Management, Maintenance crew My mom and me been through a lot I am disabled and in a wheelchair for distant walking and she has fought double lung cancer this last year. The Maintenance crew and Management have been there for us 110 percent. When she was at her worse they helped us when they didn't have to a really great bunch of people they truly stepped up, yes things could be better in some areas but that is in any place you are going to live even if you own your own home. Not bad. Not great. It's nothing fancy, but they could put a little more effort into fixing the place up. The parking lot is the worst. Potholes, random bumps, people park wherever they want - regardless of whether it's an actual parking spot or not. The manager apparently hates nature, but loves watching residents. Trees are always in the process of being cut down a little at a time until they finally disappear. Cameras are always showing up in random areas, and not necessarily in areas that need watching. Great place to live I have lived in several apartments in my life and I find this the best. It is not a luxury apartment and it is older, but the things that matter to me are here. For example, it is QUIET! The apartments are built well so almost no sound leaks into my apartment from any other apartments. Occasionally I hear something, but it is never disturbing.
