Terrible staff and ridiculous policies. My wife and I have lived here for 2 years now. The first year was fine but then the complex was bought by avenue 5. They replaced some of the staff and immediately turned off the security system that locks the exterior doors and tons of other terrible policy changes. I recommend staying far away.

These 5 star reviews are fake I am more than positive that all the five star reviews and positive talk about this apartment complex are fake. The management must be submitting them to counteract all the negative reviews. By far the worst apartment complex with management staff that can exist. For the love of everything holy, do not move here. The key fob system is broken and they are doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Verified Renter Apartments are okay. Workmanship was poor upon move in, felt like the office didn't really care, since move in there's been a lot of turnover and feels as if staff cares less. Getting mail or packages is a mess. Maintenance guys are friendly but busy and haven't resolved any of my requests. Like having a yard for my dog.

Verified Renter Would not recommend. Management is awful. Complex is dirty. Feels incredibly unsafe considering RRPD or swat is there frequently.

Verified Renter I discovered after move that there is constant exposure to dog excrements, in the elevator, hallways, entryways, & grass area. This includes odor. Yes, there are property rules regarding pets. However, I have observed most tenants w/dogs, completely ignore those rules. They let their pets do their business wherever they want, and of course, they don't clean it up. Bad Management, no Improvements Since purchased by Avenue5, this property has fallen more into disrepair and poor management. Mail room is overflowing, noise is too much from other apts, and the traffic is horrible.
Verified Renter Living here is the second worst place Ive ever lived all the doors are broken. The key fob entry remains a joke. My storage unit was stolen from a previous employer that kept a master key. And my AC is being controlled by the office. It shuts off or gets turned up in the middle of the night. Verified Renter It is a beautiful property but it is clear the few people who don't want to live here and follow the rules and try to keep the property in the best condition and respect their neighbors it is ruining the quality of life here. Until these issues are addressed there's no reason to refer or commend this property. The owners need to allow the PM to manage this property. Provide resources to clean this up and maintain.
Verified Renter Do not live here unless you love dogs. They are everywhere. Pooping and barking everywhere. And the new management could care less.
