The service was quick. I, however, went to look at another vehicle. I called before I went to ensure the vehicle was available. After riding the bus an hour to get there the car I went to see was sold the day before. I decided to look at this Land Rover because all the other vehicles they had in the make and model I was interested in were priced out of my comfort zone. I went to the lot the car wasnt there. But then they called said the car was there...i went back never talked to anyone but didn't see the car...they called and called..they had nice inventory...i think car was at another lot..
They are genuine liars. Drove all the way to Essex to find out that the car has been sold. One said it was it two days ago, the other salesperson said he sold it the same day. SCHEMES- ask for a photo of the vehicle before you decide to drive up there. These guys are really time wasters and liars.
Worst car buying experience ever!! Drove over an hour to get here after they called me to see if I wanted to see the vehicle. Arrived to find none of the vehicles they had listed! Went into the office and they pointed to a loan truck and said over there, thanks for coming in and dismissed us! I have never witnessed such a callous response by anyone in sales in my life! Needless to say we left and purchased a beautiful truck somewhere else the very next day!
Horrible it took 5 days to get answers
Not good! I wanted to trade in my car and they said no because I owed $. However, they asked my if I had $ to trade the car in. Smh I had over 6$ in cash to get out my car! Poor customer service! But that was my experience.
6 cars that were listed for sale were not there when I arrived, only more expensive cars. Call before traveling.
My husband and I went to Parsons to test drive the vehicle we were interested in and we were told by Keith that there was no key for the vehicle. Keith did not ask us if we were interested in any other vehicles. He just gave us a business card and told us that a new key for the 2012 BMW 750 LI XDrive would be cut and available today. We spoke with two individuals at Parsons before coming, and they told us to come on out. They should have told us about the key. This wasted our gas and our time!
