I had an unfortunate experience with Parsons auto. I called them up to let them know I was on my way to look at a specific car & they said come on down! When I got there the car was not there it was “gone for the day”. After an hour & a half drive I was pretty irritated. They told me to “sit tight” and they’d look at other options for me. After sitting there for twenty minutes with no help, I left. They later contacted me asking why I had left ?!!
Very bad experience. I don't recommand this dealer. They make me drive for 1h, amd they want to sell me another car, while pretending that the one I want was sold an hour ago.
Dealership emailed me immediately howeve when I arrived I was only given the keys and told the car was on the lot and no one gave me any info on car or helped me locate car on the lot

Worse experience ever had from a dealer. The car was sold the same time the dealer contacted me. Drove for one hour to the dealer and someone there told me the car has already been sold.
Don’t think they look over the vehicles they buy. Check engine light was on, service 4 wheel drive system message on dash and center console cover missing. Another dealer that wants to add fees when you get there to the price they advertise. Don’t want to keep customers, just out to get as much money from them and not see them again.
When I contacted Parson's I was told that the vehicle which was listed had been sold, but they had another truck, exactly like the one being advertised for a much higher price.
