My parent is at Parson's House and we have repeatedly had issues in care. He feels the staff is unfriendly, so won't reach out if he is feeling bad. They save expenses by hiring a staff that is not proactive, knowledgeable, or interested in caring. There is no nurse onsite, and the "medical" staff are not trained RNs, LVNs or MOAs, so they don't have the expertise to handle anything other than dispensing prescriptions or calling an ambulance.
