By far the worst place I've ever lived. Loud music starting at 10pm, dogs barking all hours of the day & night. Police knocking at my door 2am inquiring of the neighbors, gunshots at least twice a month & warnings of theft within the park. So glad we finally were able to leave there!
I will for sure give this community a 4 (not a 5 because they are still cleaning the place up but making great strides) I have now lived here a year now and my experience has been amazing. Maintenance is very communicative even if it’s passed the ETA they initially said they will communicate that. The office has been nothing short of Kind, I truly enjoyed the office staff before (from my experience) however there are two new ladies that I am excited about. Just Letting The Community and Public know About Things Here at Pasadena MHP and also The Newer Fantastic Ladies Racheal and Her Office assistant Melissa are! The 6 yrs I been here in the Community They are By Waaayyyy Far Better Then The numerous And Countless Managers and Assistants Thats been in that office over the past 6 yrs!!! There The Best!!! I love it everyone here is so nice. My daughters is at Carmen district school so I love that the bus come right to the entrance and they don't have to walk very far the neighbors are really nice especially and the management team I will suggest this to anyone that's not looking for a real big big place to stay with children.
It was actually nice I honestly didn't even know this place was here .. but I was talking with the manager of the park and she has big plans and has things in motion. She definitely has worked hard and you can tell ! It's getting all a makeover and new homes coming in and fixing the place up nice! She definitely is one Independent Hard Working Proud Women !!
