I walk in with my dog shaking and falling over, and they refuse to look at him? What the hell? Disgraceful.
I have been a customer here for 5 years. I moved and kept coming back because the surgeons, vets and staff have always treated my dogs and I well. Today I was running late due to the Bell Street exit being closed and all traffic diverted around. I travelled an hour to get there. I rang as soon as I could and I was told it was time for me to find another vet. I was quite taken back at the lack of friendly customer service and support that has always been shown. I took my female staffy here with a fatty growth on her tummy . I was given a quote of $800 to have it removed as they would have to keep her in over night , i then seeked a second opinion for this as i thought $800 was a little expensive so i took her to the Lort Smith hospital in Nth Melbourne , They removed the fatty skin for the price of a consultation there on the spot , hmmmmmm I get quoted $800 for a 5 minute procedure , Buyer beware if you choose to take your pets to Pascoe vale Veterinary Hospital
A vet at Pascoe Vale Vet Hospital told us our cats needed expensive dental work, which astounded us. We then took the cats to a cat specialist vet who told us no dental work was required. We also felt that Pascoe Vale Vet Hospital vets tried to 'push' particular pet products.
A vet clinic without compassion. Refused to treat an emergency of long term patient because they were closing in 15 minutes. Had to put our beautiful cat down at an after hours hospital. Extremely disappointed.
RecommendedI couldnt be more happier with the vet when my dog got attack by our next door neighbors dog thanm.god we didnt see the bill as next door had to pay for it as the council said so but they saved my best friend and she died at old age and my cat use to go there as till we moved love pacco vet so many good people there
