Extremely terrible service. Unsuccessful crown procedure where we had to return again because it was improperly done, resulting in an infection and pain for several weeks. They will not reply to any emails/texts/phone calls regarding an issue with schedules. The braces is irritating the mouth and needs to be adjusted but we have not received a reply in weeks.

I went here in 2006-2008 for braces plus 1 year after for post care retainer appointments. As horrible as braces are this practice made it so easy, I looked forward to my braces checkups, any issue I had they were so attentive to. When the wire would poke my gums in the back of my mouth they told me to come in and would cut it for my comfort, no appointment necessary.16 years later and I still love my smile.
Dr. Passamano has taken great care of our family orthodontic needs for years!! Grateful for his knowledge, professionalism, care, attention to detail and expertise. Highly recommend him! Staff is excellent too!
Pacific Symphony is what this orthodontist office is like. Well orchestrated, fun, ultimate professionals in their craft. I have been on a 2 1/2 year journey with my teeth. Including dentist and oral surgeon but Dr. Passamano and staff were at the helm. Doc devised a plan and my other two docs were in total agreement. Dr Passamano is the best orthodontist!! I did my research and had few consultations from other orthodontists and decided to choose Dr Passamano. Dr. Passamano and his staff are the best! I'm currently seeing him for adult Invisalign treatment since my teeth became crowded again after years of not wearing my retainers despite having traditional braces during childhood.
