I can't say enough about this family business. I had braces from James Passamano 27 years ago. When my daughter needed braces it was a no- brainer to drive from Laguna to come back to this practice! The staff has been incredible for 27 years and now James' son, Robert has taken over the business. If you are looking for the best orthopedic care in OC- this is the one!!! Hands down.
If you want to find Orthodontics who truly cares about your well-being, Dr. James/Robert Passamano are the best!!! My son had to run to the emergency room on Halloween night because his jaw was locked. I called Dr. Robert Passamano to seek medical advice. Passamano Orthodontics is the best and Dr. Passamano and his staff is amazing. I was on a two year ortho Invisalign journey and Dr. was very through on what he felt like was the best outcome. He didn't rush the plan and made sure my teeth were perfect before taking me off Invisalign.

Dr Passamano is such an excellent orthodontist!! My son has a great smile that is to the team! Cheyanne made us feel like family and I would 10/10 recommend this office for all your orthodontic needs!
We have loved all of our interactions!! We started with just doing consults for 2 years and then braces for 2 years and they have always been kind, informative, and helpful. We started this process when we lived in Irvine, but moved 30 minutes north and continued to make the drive because we loved the office.
