I'm happy I've lived here for one year. No problems, love my apartment, it's what I was looking for.
Adult, Mature Luxury, Resort Style Community I absolutely love living at Passport Apartments. This is my very first luxury apartment experience, as I formally lived in a house. I must say that my 5 months experience has been extremely positive. The look, feel, comfort and overall aesthetic of this community is well worth the money being spent. Great apartments near Dulles I've lived here for about 9 months now - it's a new building that's very convenient to Dulles and Washington DC via the Metro or VA267. The immediate surroundings are quiet, but the walls of the building are thin, so you can occasionally hear your neighbors above/below/next door. Parking is good, the garage is large and covered.

Perfect Place for Flight Crew This is a 10 minute drive to Dulles Airport and 30 minute drive to Reagan Airport. Pretty quiet place to live with no traffic. Great gym and pool area, brand new and clean units. The staff is very helpful and nice. Great place to live for someone who needs access to the airports and somewhere quieter to live. A lot of good restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive.
Great Apartment Living! I moved to Passport apartments October 2022 after several months of debating. Marie went above and beyond to assist me, sending numerous pictures and videos of multiple 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units over the span of 2.5 months. She took the time to take me on a tour 3 times, and worked patiently with me as I waffled back and forth between which unit I wanted to rent.
