3019 Review My experience here has not been the greatest. The amenity space closes early and does not communicate what time the community spaces are open for use. The parking garage is filthy when you walk out of your car tracks from the parking on your apartment floors. The refrigerator constantly beeps I have to keep sending a work order ticket tag maintenance come and fix it. Awful Customer Service, Unclean, Terrible Area, TOO EXPENSIV There is someone who regularly smokes cigarettes in the loading dock and it has not been addressed. Dog constantly having accidents in the elevator. Condescending staff. OVERPRICED.
