The people are very welcoming and very thorough helping us set up for a new place to rent. No pressures and seemingly pretty flexible. On our way out we were even given a small little goodie bag. I'd definitely go through them again in the future

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Roxanne was Unprofessional and rube when it comes to moving out and getting your full deposit back making false claims and accusations . They had the nerve to charge 175$ deep cleaning fee even though I cleaned to property before I vacated. They charge you for normal ware after 2 years of living at property. They get petty and down right OCD about cleaning but expect you to move into a property that was not given to you cleaned. We are sad to hear that you feel that way. Our management company prides ourselves with established move-out policies and procedures in place. That includes time & dated inspections that are reviewed upon dispositioning a tenant. Move-in inspection reports are given at orientation and strongly encouraged to be turned in. We do appreciate the feedback and wish you well.
If you have any type of OCD, do NOT rent off Pathfinder. I know most landlords like to go cheap but Pathfinder hires beyond the cheapest contractors. They had installed tiles all through out the house and not a single one is straight. Crooked, and uneven. Including around the bathtub. Missing trim or mixed trim. Looks like the contractors took broken trim and pieced it together. It does seem to take for ever to get maintenance out. And they duct taped my plumbing under the sink after several times of calling about the pipes ... read more
