Been here 4 years and always pay our bills. They don't want to renew our lease and gave us less than 5 weeks to move. Requesting maintenance is a joke. Dave duct taped my under the kitchen sink plumbing because he was to stupid to get washers for the pipes. After 2 years we did it ourselves. We went over 42 hours without water because of a busted water line in the house and these idiots was more concerned if it was a charge back issue.
