The bedside toilet is wonderful. The bed is electric but it’s not supposed to be the crank kind. I am grateful that they came out to put the bed together.

I tried the machine and had some difficulty so I went back the next day and Todd went over my concerns and helped me with things I wasn’t sure of. He couldn’t have been nicer and more understanding without making me feel stressed because I didn’t quite understand. He puts you at ease immediately and I know if I need to ask questions again, he will be just as helpful as he was the first two times!
