Yes, the maintenance guy William came right away once I was told them my garage door was stuck. Heās very polite and the next day william came and repaired the garage door I really appreciate it. Heās a very nice and respectful maintenance guy.Ā

Rashawn is an excellent supervisor. Lately, Willy completed a hallway strip, while Rick finished the strip between the kitchen and dining room. Both jobs were done well. Nathaniel did a great job in placing a new kitchen floor. Finally, Gary with his outstanding expertise continues to service my home monthly.Ā

My husband and I love Patricia Court From day one. The professionalism from many of your managers and maitenance team. So on point and thorough , always attentive! Shout out to Elise and her professionalism . And we experienced the maintenance help of William a few times , always super professional and detailed. I recommend highly this Apartment complex!!!!Ā
