I feel that the entry way should be painted and the old carpet should be replaced with rubber coverings on stairs. Also the mail boxes are dated. When you have guest it’s a little of a disappointment. The utility fees are outrageous and unfair. With the cost of the utilities with rent they should have made modern renovations and upgrades with amenities. Jazmen is great…..love her energy and professionalism.
