Very friendly, professional and caring! Nurse Julie and Dr. Leonard both explained everything in detail to my 8 year old before starting the allergy test. I was given almost instant relief for the itching after my test…I have lots of allergies. Our results were explained and we got lots of info to take home. They even explained to me how my specific insurance would handle shots so I wouldn’t be in for a surprise out of pocket payment in the future. Dr.Leonard and her staff respond quickly to medical questions and issues. They are knowledgeable and supportive of patients going through allergy reactions. They will direct you through testing, and support follow up treatments.
This was my first visit with Dr. Leonard. She was very "present" and listened to my story. She explained the treatment process well and was very attentive to the details. I would highly recommend her services.
